Simply head to our “Custom Orders” page, fill out the form with your dimensions, materials, colors, and any special features, and hit submit. You’ll receive a detailed quote from our team within 2–3 business days. If you have questions at any step, email custom@underthemountaincustoms.com—we’re happy to help.
You can choose your exterior finish (powder-coat color or custom graphics), interior layout (foam inserts, dividers, cubbies, fabric materials), and hardware upgrades (heavy-duty latches, reinforced corners, caster wheels).
Turnaround times vary by product:
Powder-coated accessories (hardware, Motorcycle Parts): 1–3 weeks
Standard ATA cases: 3–4 weeks
Fully custom trunks or multi-unit builds: 4–8 weeks If you’re on a tight deadline, let us know—we offer rush services for an additional fee.
We offer custom powder-coated gear, flight and road cases built to your specs, and industrial-themed merch—from tees and hoodies to motorcycle accessories. Whatever your project, we’re here to craft something that lasts and makes an impact.
We ship nationwide via UPS Ground for smaller items and Freight LTL for larger cases. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $500 qualify for free ground shipping. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
For apparel and unworn accessories, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery—just send items back in their original condition. Custom-built products can’t be returned, but if there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. Email underthemountaincustoms@gmail.com with your order number and photos to start the process.
For powder-coated surfaces, clean with mild soap and water, avoid abrasive cleaners, and store in a dry place. For apparel, machine-wash cold inside out, tumble-dry low or hang dry, and never iron directly on printed areas. Following these steps will keep your gear looking and performing its best.
Not at this time. We’re a growing shop and don’t currently support bulk or wholesale orders, but we’re working toward that capability and hope to offer volume discounts down the road.
We understand wanting peace of mind, so here’s the scoop:
• Case construction integrity is covered—if a latch fails or the structure gives out, we’ll repair or replace it. • We don’t warranty case aesthetics—scratches, scuffs, and color variations aren’t covered, as they reflect real use and character. • Apparel is covered by Printify’s 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects. If your merch arrives damaged or flawed, just file a claim with Printify within 30 days of delivery for a replacement.
