Shipping

• We ship all orders nationwide via Ground Shipping for smaller items and Freight for larger cases.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and your delivery address.

• Orders over $500 qualify for free UPS Ground shipping—no code needed.

• Need it faster? Expedited shipping upgrades are available; add a note into the Custom Order Form and we will calculate that into the quote. 

• As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow its journey to your door.

 

Returns & Exchanges

• Apparel and unworn accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition—unwashed, unwashed, and with tags attached.

• Custom-built products (flight cases, powder-coated gear) cannot be returned, but we stand behind our workmanship. If you discover a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace the item at no extra charge.

• To start a return or warranty claim, email underthemountaincustoms@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or replacement within 5 business days.
