We ship all orders nationwide via Ground Shipping for smaller items and Freight for larger cases.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and your delivery address.

Orders over $500 qualify for free UPS Ground shipping—no code needed.

Need it faster? Expedited shipping upgrades are available; add a note into the Custom Order Form and we will calculate that into the quote.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow its journey to your door.
Returns & Exchanges

Apparel and unworn accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition—unwashed, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Custom-built products (flight cases, powder-coated gear) cannot be returned, but we stand behind our workmanship. If you discover a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace the item at no extra charge.

To start a return or warranty claim, email underthemountaincustoms@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or replacement within 5 business days.
