By submitting a slogan idea (“Submission”) to Under the Mountain Customs (“Company”), whether via social media, website form, email, or any other channel, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate. Submissions must be original and created by you.
 
2. License Grant
By submitting, you grant Under the Mountain Customs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your Submission in any format or medium, including for commercial purposes such as merchandise, marketing, and promotional materials.
 
3. No Compensation
You understand and agree that no monetary compensation will be provided for your Submission, even if it is selected and used. The Company may, at its sole discretion, credit you publicly (e.g., by name or handle), but such credit does not imply ownership or entitlement.
 
4. Intellectual Property & Originality
You represent and warrant that your Submission is original to you, does not infringe upon any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or publicity rights), and has not been previously published or licensed to others.
 
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Under the Mountain Customs, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your Submission, including any breach of these terms.
 
6. Selection & Use
The Company reserves the right to select, modify, or reject any Submission at its sole discretion. Selection does not imply endorsement, partnership, or co-ownership.
 
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
